FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to order all my wedding stationery items at the same time as I order my invitations?

Yes, to make sure we have enough diary space reserved for your other items. Exact numbers can be adjusted closer to the wedding date for these items. To ensure that you have the exact same shade of coloured card it is advisable to place the order for all your stationery at the same time. Sometimes coloured card can vary in shades and we cannot guarantee that you will get the exact same shade of card if you order at different times.

Do I have to supply the information for the table plan when I make my order?
No, we will give you a deadline for this information to coincide with your reply date when your guests are confirmed. You will need to email us a list of your guest names for the table plan.

How many invitations should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 10 extra invitations. Guest lists can change at the last minute and it is best to be prepared. Ordering extra invitations at a later date could work out more expensive and colour variation on invitations could occur. However, if you do need extra invitations we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Will I require large letter stamps when posting my invitations?
When posting your invitations, some of the designs may require large letter stamps instead of standard stamps, due to the depth of the cards. Royal mail states that for a standard stamp, the thickness of the item should be no more than 5mm. Please check with your local Post Office before posting your invitations.

When should I place my order for wedding invitations?
We recommend ordering 4-6 months prior to your wedding day.

When should I send out the invitations?
Invitations are commonly sent out 6-8 weeks in advance of your wedding. We recommend that during the summer or holiday months, you give enough advance notice to your guests to schedule their holidays around your day. It is common practice to send out save the date announcements if your wedding will be during busy months.

Cheques and cash are accepted.

Do you accept international orders?
